Care provides all customers with a
copy of our warranty as well as the
manufacture's warranty including all instruction and product manuals provided
by our suppliers. |
 | In an effort to insure your satisfaction and address any concerns
and/or complaints you may have, Assist Home Care provides
Customer (Beneficiary)
complaint forms at time of purchase and/or product delivery and setup. |
 | All service technicians are required to fully instruct the customer in
the proper use and routine maintenance of all equipment purchased. The technician is required
to provide all customers with a copy of our
service checklist to insure
you have been fully informed of all your rights, proper installation & setup,
customer training on proper use of all equipment purchased as well as your
right to lease or purchase said equipment if applicable. |
 | A copy of all forms must be provided to the customer and upon completion
of all installation, setup and instructions on proper use of equipment
purchased, all forms must be signed by the customer and technician and a copy
is then required to be given to the customer and a copy will be filed by
Assist Home Care at it's main office at 27 W. Independence St., Shamokin, PA
in the event any issues or concerns may arise. |
