Can I enroll to have my prescription items on automatic refill?
Due to health insurance regulations, we cannot do automatic refills. You can always call us or stop in to request a refill. And, to make reordering your supplies even easier, we have an online form you can submit!

Can you tell me if I am “pre-approved” for an item?
Unfortunately, we cannot determine if an item will be approved and paid for before you receive the item and bill your health insurance.

How can I pay my bill?
You can pay your bill in our store, by mail, over the phone, or online by clicking the “Pay My Bill” icon in the upper right-hand corner of our website.
